SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions of the Subscription Program

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all contractual relationships established between Tangerine Computer (represented by Adelheid Bettsabet Calderon Bustamante) and people who contract the services of the "Subscription Plans" program. These services are intended exclusively for self-employed over 18 years old and companies who purchase a monthly or annual subscription.

By subscribing to this service, the user declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, no contractual relationship can be established with Tangerine Computer.

1. About Subscribers

Subscribers must register with their business details on the Tangerine Computer platform, creating a user account. The subscription is personal and non-transferable. By completing the registration, the user acquires the status of subscriber and may choose between the following subscription plans:

Monthly subscription: €15.00 per month (VAT not included). Benefits: 3% discount on single purchases (maximum 3 units), 1 purchase in Pack campaigns and standard technical support.
Annual subscription: €167.40 per year (VAT not included). Benefits: 5% discount on single purchases (maximum 60 units), 14 purchases in Pack campaigns and premium technical support.

Automatic renewal of the subscription will occur 72 hours before the subscription end date. If you wish to cancel, it is recommended to do so 72 hours before the end of the current period. If the payment cannot be processed correctly, the subscription will be cancelled and the benefits will be lost.

Payment will be made through the platform enabled on the Tangerine Computer website, with the current exchange rate as established on said platform.

2. Subscriber Obligations

It is the subscriber's responsibility to maintain the validity of the subscription. In the event of non-renewal, Tangerine Computer may cancel the subscriber's account and delete their information without the right to a refund.

Tangerine Computer has the right to verify the identity of the subscriber through additional procedures, both when registering and when making payments for renewal or purchase of products.

The subscriber assumes responsibility for keeping his/her payments current and acknowledges that charges will be made at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3. Information Provided by Subscribers

The subscriber undertakes to provide true and complete information. If false or incorrect data is detected, the contractual relationship may be cancelled.

4. Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent practices, such as account duplication, identity theft, false information or unusual purchases, will be grounds for subscription cancellation and legal action if necessary.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Tangerine Computer will guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the subscriber, which will be used exclusively for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship. Subscribers have the right to exercise the ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

6. Applicable Legislation

Contractual relations will be governed by the legislation in force in the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction.

7. Breach

In the event that the subscriber breaches any of the Terms and Conditions, Tangerine Computer may block or suspend his/her account without the right to a refund. In addition, appropriate legal action may be taken.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tangerine Computer will not be responsible for:

Software or license incompatibility in certain countries.
Errors on the website or software.
The inaccessibility of the website for reasons beyond the company's control.

9. Tangerine Computer Compliance

Tangerine Computer guarantees the continuity of the subscription as long as the information provided by the subscriber is true and the payment is made correctly. In addition, it guarantees the validity of the manufacturer's warranty on the products sold, provided that it exists.

10. Claims, Complaints and Suggestions

11. Assignment of Contractual Position

Tangerine Computer reserves the right to assign its contractual position and/or rights arising from this agreement without prior consent from subscribers.

12. Validity and Modification of the Terms

The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. It is the subscriber's responsibility to periodically review the most up-to-date version.

13. Agreement

The Terms and Conditions accepted by the subscriber, as well as any electronic communication between the parties, may be used as evidence in any judicial, administrative or arbitration process.
